Joerin launches CLEAN SEAT for toilet hygiene

For most of us, the thought of using public toilets is scary. Now with the prevailing pandemic situation, using any toilet outside our homes is an even scarier thought. CLEAN SEAT is brought into the market by Joerin Hygienic Products, Pune. The company was started by first generation entrepreneur and Managing Director of the firm, Clifford Besterwitch. “The thought of coming out with a product like this came to me when a major health problem struck home and I realised that, if this is a problem my family faces, I’m sure others face it too,” he says. Thus, CLEAN SEAT was born.

Unlike all the other toilet seat covers available in the market, which are either plastic, polypropylene unwoven material or just tracing paper, CLEAN SEAT is made of paper that has been treated at the pulp stage to make it water resistant and thus is degradable just as any other ordinary paper.
