In his previous engagements, including his tenure as General Manager of HR/L&D at Red Apple (Toscano & SALT), Bhat showcased unparalleled leadership and transformative initiatives, leaving an indelible mark on organizational culture and performance. His contributions extend beyond conventional HR realms, with instrumental involvement in landmark events such as the FIFA World Cup 2022 and Dubai Expo 2020, where his visionary leadership played a pivotal role in project success.
