Dharana at Shillim appoints Dr Sudha Nair as Wellness Director

Dharana at Shillim, the foremost eco-wellness retreat in the country, is pleased to announce the appointment of their new Wellness Director, Dr Sudha Nair. With professional expertise in the fields of Naturopathy, Yogic Sciences and Lifestyle Coaching, Dr Nair comes with 17 years of experience.

Dr Nair holds a Bachelor’s degree in Naturopathy & Yogic Science from Ujire. Satiating her thirst for knowledge she then acquired her Master’s from Hong Kong in the field of Rehabilitation, Exercise therapy & Kinesiotaping and a CIBTAC Honours in Anatomy, Physiology & Therapeutic Massage. She is Board Certified in Holistic Medicine and Nutrition from India, a Certified Health Instructor in India with a specialization in Ayurvedic Lifestyle and Meditation and Certified in Reiki Healing.

Prior to commencing her journey with Dharana at Shillim, Dr. Sudha founded her private practice in Hong Kong where she was associated with brands such as the Four Seasons Hotel, Thailand. Alongside her venture, she aided renowned companies such as Blackrock, Barclay, LinkedIn, Covestro and more to enhance their corporate wellness initiatives. Dr. Sudha has been a prominent speaker at various conferences in Hong Kong as well as internationally. Given the opportunity, she endorsed her home country in the 1st International Yoga Conference in New York and presented a paper on Yoga and Natural Lifestyle for wellbeing and disease prevention. Dr. Sudha is the only Indian Naturopath to be a member of the esteemed IANHK (Integrated Association of Naturopaths in Hong Kong).
