foodies across the city are still raving about. The ten-day long Odia Food Festival was a
celebration of the unique and diverse flavors of Odia cuisine, curated by none other than
MasterChef Season 6 Finalist, Smrutisree Singh.

With a guest chef of Smrutisree Singh's caliber, the festival was an unforgettable journey into the heart of Odia food culture. Smrutisree, known for her exceptional culinary skills and creativity, showcased her expertise by presenting authentic and traditional Odia dishes made.

Smrutisree treated her guests to an unparalleled taste of Odian cuisine by preparing dishes with recipes that were handed down to her from her mother and grandmothers, ensuring that the food was cooked in the same way it would be in an Odian home kitchen.
Nook, the all-day dining at Aloft Bengaluru Outer Ring Road where the Odia Food Festival took place, was transformed into a beautiful representation of Odia culture. The restaurant was adorned with a replication of a hut and colourful decorations that captured the essence of Odisha's rich heritage.

The attention to detail, from the tableware to the staff outfits, demonstrated the commitment to showcasing the best of Odia cuisine, making the event a true celebration of the region's unique flavors and ingredients.
