As the bone chilling winter of Delhi gave way to warmer and pleasant days, Palate Fest at Aerocity Grounds became the perfect opportunity for the city denizens to bask under the Sun and indulge in food and fun. Food, music and sunshine were offered as the ultimate lure at the Palate Fest held during 4–5 February, 2023, and brought Delhi food lovers together. A motivation which made Delhiites to get out of their winter slumber was live cooking demo masterclasses, food tastings and energetic music to go along with.

The two-day food fest took place at Aerocity Grounds in GMR Aerocity. The venue attracted crowds both from Delhi and Gurugram, and the close proximity to Delhi Metro worked as an advantage. The fest blended the professional F&B offerings as well as hotels, restaurants and cloud kitchen players presented their best and showcased unique equipment that are equally handy for small outlets as well as homes. There was a huge participation of India’s finest restaurants, food enthusiasts, chefs, entertainers and musicians. Guests from all age groups had something to feel excited and drool over.
